Student Success Manager

Global Dev Experts is seeking a Student Success Manager to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our students.

This is a full-time, remote job.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistent communication with students, ensuring their needs are met
  • Overseeing course kickoffs and graduations, managing updates, and timely distribution of course timelines to students
  • Ownership of supporting systems such as shared course content folders, uploading and distribution of course materials
  • End-to-end responsibility of student feedback surveys, both during and after the course
  • Build strong professional relationships with course instructors (executives in leading tech companies)
  • Tracking enrollments and student payments, interfacing with bookkeeping

Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in similar roles: Customer Success / Customer Service / Client Relations
  • Experience interfacing with and coordinating between multiple teams
  • Highly organized
  • Advanced knowledge of basic computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a people person
  • Ability to learn new things quickly (eg new systems)
  • Self-managing, independent, and goes the extra mile
  • Flexible and able to adjust to the needs of a growing company
