Cancellation Policy

A refund request must be given at least 7 business days before the starting date of the Course in question.
Assuming the refund was requested in the timeframe outlined in Clause 1, the Student will be eligible for a refund equal to the amount he or she has paid, except for $250 which covers the Registration Fee.
A full refund (including the Registration Fee) will be issued only in the event that the refund request is received within 14 days of payment AND at least 7 business days before the starting date of the course.
After the starting date of the course, a refund may be requested up to and including Lesson 2 of the course. In this case, the $250 Registration Fee will be deducted from the refund, and a partial refund will be given based on the week the refund was requested.
To clarify beyond a reasonable doubt, there are NO REFUNDS on the $250 registration fee when the refund request is received after the date which is 7 business days prior to the course starting date.
No refunds will be issued past the second lesson, no exceptions.
In the event one has received all recordings of any of our courses, absolutely no refunds will be issued.
A Student may defer a course once (1 time), assuming the deferment request is given before 7 business days AND assuming the Student has paid in full for the course.
